the problem with panic attacks is they can be random.the same situation may only cause an attack one out of 3/4 times.something that helps me is to `change the conditions`ie if i am on a bus i get off .then catch the next bus.the change in surroundings calms me down.

Mostly days of class when we have tests... I also sometimes get panic attacks when I go to my guitar lesson... My teacher made me breathe in and out until I relaxed.... a little embarassing, but it helped and still does.

When my 3 dogs are in a blur of motion fighting over squirrel or rabbit they caught in the back yard. They are all very power full and normally they get along fine, but with fresh critter available it's every dog for themselves. They are all rescued and all have medical problems, so it may be an expensive critter.
