I do now- my daughter got everyone in the family cell phones after the big tornado came through our town in Tennessee on April 1, 2006. It was very scary- no one could reach anyone else and it took hours and hours to get home from work and get the kids from school. She wanted to make sure we were never without a way to communicate in an emergency again- she's the most awesome daughter ever! (she even still pays the whole bill!)

no, but ive wanted 1 4 a few yr.s now.
are all the ppl here that answered "yes", kids? cuz if they are, then i can see alot of kids in this world are totally spoiled. im 18 & i think my dad is still convinced that i dont need 1. (it would b REALLY helpful if i did. then they can get ahold of me when im out-which hasnt been 4 awhile-or i can call my friends on my own phone instead of worrying about waiting till my parents are gone somewhere-nothing naughty, i just dont like "grl talk" or talking 2 guys when my parents are around....im sure all kids feel awkward about that idea)...........of course im already freekishly spoiled(i dont get punished very well, enuf. they actually put up w/ my attitude more than i think most parents would-& then they mite even keep on talkin "gifts" STILL. they dont say "forget it" as often as i assume most parents would. it kinda creeps me out.(trust me, its not fun being spoiled-@ least not 2 the extent that i am.)
