Where can I make a custom kids story book?

I am helping to create a kids TV show, and I need to make a custom kids story book that is old looking and bulky.

Best case is if I can totally customize it, minimum would be any book that looks like that

When you said a "custom kids story book," I thought you meant a book customized for a particular kid.

I can't see the whole picture in the link, but it looks like what you want instead is basically to make a "prop" --one which is a life-size or larger book, that looks old because it's leather bound and is worn looking, and also has a lot of pages.
