You can still become pregnant with a cyst on your ovaries...take it from me, my friend had one that grew to be about 12 cm on her left ovary.she is now 16+ weeks and had the cyst drained and cut open about three weeks ago. Hopefully it wont grow back! Having cysts on your ovaries cant decrease your chances of conceiving, but your ovaries take turns each month so if you have one on your left ovary, it still leaves your right and vice verse
good luck

Yes, but it is better to have the cyst removed before trying to become pregnant. Has your doctor tested to see if it is pre-cancerous? My sister had to have one of her ovaries removed and her's was pre-cancerous. Ovaries take turns every month ovulating, but when one is removed the other takes over.
