No. I think it's asking pro-choice proponents to state why they feel it is okay to end an unborn child's life. Though, it could be worded better, I'll grant you that.

Yes, it's a very good example of this straw argument.

The key difference between the pro-life and pro-choice positions is that the former regards a fetus as a child while the latter does not. To a pro-lifer, aborting a fetus is equivalent to killing a child. To a pro-choicer, it's not.

Thus when a pro-lifer asks why pro-choicers want to kill babies, he's simply imposing his viewpoint upon the other side. That's how you create a straw man argument.

You cons are always good for a laugh. You are against pro choice but when that child is born into a poverty stricken home you turn your backs. You say no we won't help cover the cost of the birth of the child we made you have, no we won't support the SCHIP. Why are you so intent on saving the fetus but when they are actually born it's time to forget them?

Heres what kills me about the liberal view on abortions:

They feel abortion isnt murder because its just a 'fetus' and not a baby, yet if a pregnant woman is killed its a double homicide because someone not only took her life but the life of her 'unborn child' as well.

Ridiculous hypocrits, one and all.

Yes, and it's also pathetic when they blubber about "personal responsibility", when getting an abortion is being responsible and acknowledging that they wouldn't be able to support a baby right now.

goes right along with the "why do 'cons' not care about women's rights" example of the straw man argument of the pro-abortion position

You know, if they weren't so hateful, you'd almost feel sorry for them for being so stupid.

Really.
