Eggs can still be produced so IVF would be an option, otherwise there is a procedure to unblock blocked fallopian tubes, you should speak to your doctor about your options

You can still conceive even with your fallopian tubes blocked, but will end in tears, no one wants an ectopic pregnancy and that is what it is called. featus in fallopian tubes have high morbidity rate, if any.
go for the alternative ( thats been answered.)
good luck.

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a technique in which egg cells are fertilised by sperm outside the woman's womb, in vitro. IVF is a major treatment in infertility when other methods of assisted reproductive technology have failed. The process involves hormonally controlling the ovulatory process, removing ova (eggs) from the woman's ovaries and letting sperm fertilise them in a fluid medium. The fertilised egg (zygote) is then transferred to the patient's uterus with the intent to establish a successful pregnancy.

If they can't unblock your tubes, they will go in there with a pipette and get the eggs, bring them out and fertilize them in a petri dish with your husband's sperm, then plant them back inside of you.

Yes they can....go to a fertility clinic. There was a doctor named Dr. Shirodkar who used to specialise in this treatment. He is Indian but I have no idea whether he is still alive. The operation was named after him.
