Go to your mail and on the left left side it says "folders". Click on the "edit". Find the folder(s) you want to remove and click "delete".

You can only delete your own folders, not the one's Yahoo made. They should be EMPTY. If you have Beta mail, you can right click and delete. In regular yahoo mail, you need to click the blue "Edit" link at the top of the folder list to get to the page that will let you delete the folder.
