EQUALITY has multiple definitions (obvious and secretive),therefore, what does EQUALITY mean to you.

it means that you have level starting point to my own and given no advantages or handicaps that i would not have myself, from then on it would be each on his or her own merit

for me equality means being fair in all aspects regardless of your gender, skin color, race or position n the society. Equality is having the right to live a normal life without being looked upon by other people as someone who dont belong.

That all people have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (with all of the associated responsibilities). That people are considered for jobs based on qualification and promoted, raised and paid based on performance. People are not discriminated against for any reason.

Equality to me means I can do what ever I am capable of doing, regardless of my sex, race, national origin, religion or sexual preferences etc etc. No one can arbitrarily say I can not do that. If I am qualified and capable, I deserve the same chance as anyone else.
