Yes.....I believe it is.....happiness is controlled by your attitude. Look at the good and positive side of every situation. Listen to relaxing, uplifting music. Watch funny comedies that make you laugh to lift your spirits. Look at what you have accomplished, not at what you haven't. Do something good for yourself each day like buying a book, eating something you love, watching you favorite program on TV, going to a movie, or just having a stroll on the beach. Try to do at least one act of kindness towards someone else..just a kind word or encourage, or giving your seat on a bus to someone else, or giving a small present to someone you love. Be happy for other peoples' happiness. And, finally, associate with happy people (hmmm, I think I know one..lol..), and try to learn from them to be happy. Yes, happiness is contagious......=)

Absolutely! But, be careful...negativity is contagious too. That's why I only keep happy people by my side...such as your sweet little self!

Yes, i think that happiness is contagious. That is why i try to associate myself with others that are happy, so i will be happy, so i can make someone else happy and so on..............................................................
