I have to agree that it's NYC. Not only are there some incredibly romantic spots--parks, restaurants, views, etc. But just being there makes you feel part of something bigger than yourself. And to share that experience with your bf/gf is definitely special.

NYC. You have the beautiful skyline. It looks so romantic at night when all of the building lights inside are lit against the night sky. There are lots of parks to have romantic walks through, open spaces in Central Park to picnic in. Extravagant hotels to spend nights with each other (if you can afford it!), 5 star restaurants to dine in. Lots of little random things to do with one another.

I find nothing romantic about cities, skyscrapers, lots of traffic, homeless people. I prefer the off the beaten path little towns with a lake, hiking trails , waterfalls, nature walks and a wide open starlit sky at night.

San Francisco, the city by the bay. I was born there, but I wouldn't want to live there again- but it IS an incredible place to visit with your honey!
