how do I post a photogragh to a forum?

Depends on the forum... Sometimes you can upload the pictures directly from the computer... Though most of the time you have to upload the image onto a site like PhotoBucket and then put the image link in the forum...

You need to load it into a photohosting site first, like photobucket. www.photobucket.com - then use the html tag to post.
