I always use a font that suggests "speed or power", not that I do alot of auto racing artwork but fonts that lean to the right or sever left as if moving forward or trying ot stop from sliding downhill, coming at you or going away from you is always a thing to consider. in Print Shop Pro, they have a font styler that can allow you to use any type of font and make it bow up or downm cruve upward and lean to the right or left, adds vibration lines much like in cartoons,.....try it out, it's cheap

Hi, I'm a graphic artist. There are hundreds.. maybe thousands of them out there! Do an internet search on "free fonts" you'll find what you're looking for. Also, I like "the font thing" for viewing and choosing my fonts; it's free on shareware.com.

Serpentine, slipstream. Using them as plain text and most other italicized typefaces.

When designing though, a different set of concepts apply, turn plain text into a design, here most styles will work, because it won't be so much the word layout, it will be how you designed it to look.

Hope that helps some.
