Though I've not heard this term in my own jurisdiction...my best guess would be that there is a civil case before the judicial.

There is something that has been put before the court where the court has been informed that a "status" or agreement between two parties has been offered.

If there was no immediate response to the court...the court may have decided to make a "forcible status" between the parties involved to urge them along faster to make a decision where the court may bring a conclusion to the case.

I have seen/heard the term used in a formal commission meeting where a vote was placed under a "forcible status call" or forced vote!

My next suggestion would be call the clerks office for a better definition.

in case you do now not take place to courtroom, a warrant would be placed out on your arrest. after which you would be discovered in charge and would do detention center time, pay fines and probable do community provider besides. All this on suitable of procuring the damages to the different motor vehicle. *Do the perfect concern and face the song now, and additionally you will now not face detention center time. that's going to be alot much less complicated to handle it now, than it may be later from at the back of bars. All you would be out now's funds. And that specific beats lifestyles at the back of bars!
