Our company even gave us a flyer, that asks us to donate, to achieve the 100% employee contibution. But I don't think i want to donate.

They are even offering paid days off, wich don't apply for me since i'm part time.

Get ready to be hassled. These people play hard ball. And they play dirty. I've heard of people having to sue their boss to get them to stop harassing them over the United Way donations. Of course then they will be looking for any reason to get rid of that person.
But hold your ground. They cannot force you to give to any charity if you do not wish to.

No, you are not a bad person. Tough luck for the office. Who you donate to is your own business. You earned the money, you decide where it goes!

I don't think you have any reason to feel guilty. It's your hard earned money and we do live in America. So you can do what you want with your money.
