never...it's against community guidelines, or so I get a friendly reminder from Yahoo at least once a day telling me so.

I've been told that directing a question towards another person in answers is a violation. So if i have something to say to any one particular person I either e-mail them if they accept them or try and find one of their open questions and put my thoughts into the answer spot.

No, not really. I tried that a few times, but the person I was "fishing for" never answered.
