Wow that would be a deep one, let me give the wiki page, and you think about how the 8 different stages actually represent conflicts in your life (which is beyond me to know just from that) because I've done it with myself and it quite a job, lol. Just relize that these differetn stages in a way represent choices you've made in your life. To get to one stage to another we make choices in the last way that can be seen as harmful or helpful towards the next. Its a real eye opener....... but really could envovle ALOT of research to understand his meaning behind each of the terms....
