I'd say pretty much in the centre...

I looked it up now, and Paris' latitude is a bit closer to Milan's:
Paris: 48°52′ N, 02°20′ E
Berlin: 52°31′ N, 13°25′ E
Milan: 45°28′ N, 09°10′ E

Ah, you were looking onto the map... Yes, I´ve seen it, too: the difference is very small. But it seems to me, that Milan is quite a little bit closer to the latitude of Paris than Berlin.
(I am at home on 53° 30´ N. If you can guess the longitude, you are really a smartie.)
