I am trying to write a resume, but I don't have that much working experience. I have been babysitting most of the time cause it paid well and I liked it. Now I want to get into "normal" work and I have to include that on my resume.
Any sugestions?

You could call it Child Care Provider or Part-Time Nanny and it would sound a lot more important than "babysitter." Also, be sure to include bullet points outlining your primary responsibilities as a "child care provider." For instance, say, "Supervised children's safety, nutrition and activities." This sounds much better than "went over to neighbor's house and played tag with the kids," or whatever. Give yourself some credit- babysitting is a tough job! Once you've put a 4-year-old to bed, you can tackle most any job.
