Here's my 3 and done list
1.Falcons, unstable QB and 0 &3
2. Saints, paperweight schedule remains, yet 0 &3, no Mcallister, likely lossses AT houston, chicago, carolina and seattle- means need to run the table at home beating carolina, philly and othere there, doubtful.
3. Bills , 0 & 3 and injuries galore to defense
4. Dolphins, 0 &3.Projected losses AT pats , eagles , steelers and Texans before you even loook at the home schedula and 8 and 8 wont get er done in the talented afc
5. Rams-0 &3, injuries to key Pace, Jackson, etc.
6. Browns - 1 and 2 in tough division, ravens and Pats next opponents, in mid season face seahawks, steelers, ravnes, texans in a row, done.
7. Vikings- no QB, play packers, cowboys, bears, eagles, chargers and packers next 6 weeks-could be 1 & 7 at halfway.
8. Chiefs-8 tought games in last 13, ouch.
9Raiders- 1 win, tough schedule
10. Jets - too much talent in the AFC
11. Bengals- no D and see jets above

It's too early to tell. As other responders said..."Playoffs? Seriously?"
In the NFL, they play quite a few games and you never know what could happen.
Records don't solely get you into the big games like in college. There are wildcard spots, remember. I've seen teams barely above .500 make a wildcard and then surprise people by winning. Don't count ALL of these teams out - the Browns might be a sleeper team as well as the Chiefs.

If anyone is done for sure, it is the Saints. here's the draft order for next year:

1. Saints
2. Falcons
3. Browns
4. Bills
5. Lions
6. Raiders
7. Rams
8. Vikings
9. Texans dont expect much more out of them.
10. Eagles

even though the saints are 0-3 there is still time in the NFC for them to get it together.
I dont think Bengals and Jets are OUT of it, I think they are a long shot.
I dont think the Lions are out of it yet. They are 2-1 9-7 is good enough in the NFC for a playoff birth.
If the Bears dont change quarterbacks, they are out of it.

Ask Jacksonville and long island. the two communities made solid runs in the playoffs final 365 days with long island prevailing all of it. The help those 2 communities have been given from the media, informal followers, and different gamers grow to be out of control.

well even though the lions are 2-1 they have no chance of going anywhere.

I agree with your picks. lions, bears, and vikings, have no chance because the Title Town PACKERS are back!
