this is especially to girls......... but males answers are more than welcome.
so, Girls............ how do you feel like in your first month in college ?!! ....... do you feel that you're like "goods" in "supermarkets" and that guys are always around, looking at you, sending smiles , charming looks :-S , stand near to you, try to think of any filthy thing to say as a reason to talk !!!
also, they stupidly look at you zif they're drawing a painting !!!
last year, i was just like about to slap a guy on his face cause of his actions............... strangely, he knows a lot of girls, they are so many, but still wants to gain more......... !!!
so Girls, how are you treated in your first month in college?? zif as i said like "goods" in "supermarkets" everybody is looking and checking the quality ?!! :-/ :-S
and Guys, ........plzzzzz say the truth, or at least how do you behave in first days in college ??

Hey Nada,
How r u sweety and how is yr beautiful sister Noha? Ramadan Kareem to u and yr family.
Nada, this time i cannot relate to yr question, i was just 16 when i started college and i finished at the age of 20. Never did i have the feeling that me or my friends were being looked at as products on a shelf in a supermarket. But rather we were all brothers and sisters and all the guys in college were so protective of all of us.
I still remember my friend who was driving her car and two guys were following her and harassing her in their car. She came up right to where we all stood, stopped her car and came out screaming at them. I took only a few seconds for all our friends to come out and teach them a lesson they ll never forget.
Maybe things have changed, i don't know, but if it is the way u say it is, then the first laws of supply and demand that we were taught have to apply, i mean those guys would have no where to shop if the girls do not put themselves up on those shelves.
Mesh keda walla eih?

It happens every place this is where many people meet their husband and wife, so i guess their will always be some flirting. There are plenty of guys and girls wanting to be off the supermarket shelf.
If it gets to much you know what to do right - get out the Nada talk and lash them with your words, in front of others of course or simple tell the guy you are friends with someone they went to school with and the people still laugh in the history of the school about the guy wetting his pants.

Hehehehe, you reminded me of alathy mada ya nada. I remember the first day of college so clearly. However, I was not something on a supermarket shelf waiting to be bought! I believe your attitude and behaviour dictates the way people treat you. I was very serious and not the mmmmmmm you know what type! hehehehe The guys were terrified of me and anybody who approached with any weird ideas knew he would have his head bitten off! I was called kobba and 3o2da! heheheh But alI I cared about was my studies, not sitting under some tree with a guy like a couple of love birds as other colleagues did! I was the da7a7a of the dof3a along with my shilla AKA shilit ilda7a7een or shilit ilkobab! LOOOL Once a poor guy came to ask me if he could photocopy my notes. He was terrified as if expecting to be beheaded! hehehe

Assallam mu alaikom.
Ramathan al Mubarak to U and your family Nada.
Such things do happen not only in college, but everywhere, office, shopping Mall, Bus / Train / Airport Terminal as lomg as there are ppl around the area. It is up to the individual either to entertain or otherwise. We should not point fingers at anyone. Boys and Girls are alike. There are also Girls teasing Boys in some places. It is up to us to decide. If we want it, nobody could stop it and nobody could force you if you choose to reject. Be grateful to Allah swt, al least there is somebody admiring us. Otherwise we will feel negative of ourself and the creation of Allah swt.

In my college time, this attitude came only from boys who attended a unisex school. Boys and girls who came from combined schools were friends already and more mature about this kind of relationships. And yeah, I came from a unisex school and I was looking for a nice "shella" that should include nice girls but no mean intentions, honest.

Will you believe me if I tell you that I, as a man, get disgusted of this kind of guys, who are unfortunately many, they look idiotic to me. Why don't they just behave with girls normally as their colleagues?
