I won't be surprised to get some hate mail on this one, but I'm tired. I work real hard at my job. I don't have any special love for my company, but they are the ones that pay me to work for them. Most of the people I've seen stand around and talk and extend their breaks and lunches to talk about sports or whatever most of the time. I like to get along with my fellow 'workers' too, but I feel an odd sense of responsibility to my job. Is this one reason that companys send their work to be done overseas?

Some are at any pay level. Higher paid may look like it more because they have more control over their time and may work overtime on salary so no extra pay and would rather not go full out in a shorter time. We are high paid for a good reason, education or skills not just how hard we work. I am waiting for something now so wasting a few minutes.
