His first name will be Warren and I don't want to call him by that.

Renny? or by his middle name or his middle name and last name initials if they make sense. Like CJ or BJ, AJ, anything like that?

Is someone forcing you to name your son Warren? If not, then choose a different name--something that you actually like. We have names so people will know us by our names and call us by those names. Definitely not a good idea to name your son Warren if you don't want to call him Warren.

How about "Cort" for "Quatre" "Cuarto" etc., the word fourth in other languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, Portugese, etc.

Or

"Ford" which is a loose translation of the Norweigian/Danish word "Fjerde" which means fourth.

Or

"Dub", which would denote 'double' meaning, double the second, four. AND Also denotes the "W" in Warren. Dubya, without the ya. LOL

Or

"Zia" a Native American Tribe in which "Four" is their sacred number.

Four is the sacred number of the Zia and can be found repeated in the four points radiating from the circle. The number four is embodied in:

the four points of the compass (north, south, east, and west);
the four seasons of the year (spring, summer, autumn and winter);
the four periods of each day (morning, noon, evening and night);
the four seasons of life (childhood, youth, middle years and old age); and
the Zia's belief that with life comes four sacred obligations one must develop (a strong body, a clear mind, a pure spirit, and a devotion to the welfare of others).

Or

"Cash" because the $ sign is on the #4 key on a keyboard.

Or

"Tetra" is the Greek word for Four.

Or

"Vier" which means Four in Dutch

Or

"Fire" which means four in Norwegian

Or my final suggestion

"Catch" which would be a simplified version of the word four in French, "Quatre" - You pronounce the word "Quatre" as "KAT-re"

Good Luck!

How about Will? I know this is traditionally used for William, but it starts with W, like Warren, and it's great for a small child or an adult. Wally even is okay, or use his middle name, or some shortened version of that, if you like it.

Hmm...if he was going to be a third it would be so much easier! Lol. I know someone who is a third and they call him Trace (like the spanish number 3). But for the fourth... hmm..

In French the number four is quatre...maybe Tre?! I know it's awful close to the third but who knows?!

Maybe Dru for Quadruple...I don't know. I'm throwing stuff out here.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I'm confused.
You game him a first name that you don't want to use to address him......why?
Why did you not just name him something you liked in the first place?

Taja:
That is possibly one of the stupidest nicknames i've ever heard.
