You just have to practice them over and over again. There's no doubt in my mind that you have seen the Wizard of Oz before. Just watch the movie over and over again and listen to "Dorothy" and try to say your lines like her.
Hint: Say your lines very tall (words) & very confident.

Write them down over and over and over and over....you get the idea. There is nothing more boring than memorizing lines but the final reward is great. Write your line then put a dash for another character's line, or 2 dashes for two lines, etc. When you feel comfy with that, practice with someone

Heyyy, well to help you out a little. When I get a lot of lines, I always make a short little song in the order of my lines. Sometimes use a little tune such as Three Blind Mice or Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. The words wont fit right, but use it to your advantage. I hope this helped.

It helps actually practicing scenes with your partner over and over for me. But you can try writing them down over and over till they stick or relate an emotion with them and that might help you get in the right mood as well as memorize! Well I hope you do well in your performance.
Good Luck

There shall be some points, words etc that shall strike you in those dialogues. First rememeber them, and from them, try reconstructing the originals.

Paraphrase, learn what you're talking about. You may not know all your lines but your message will come across. Have faith in that.
Good Luck!
