At 84 years of age, I can safely say that I am all three. Book smart with a PhD; Street smart from growing up in New York City and People smart from having lived In the USA, Europe and in Japan for many years.

I'd say I'm a good mixture street smart, people smart, book smart. Street/People Smart mainly book smart some subjects I'm smarter in than others. Pretty well rounded I'd say. Being from Detroit you had to keep your wits about you!

I am in the Street Smart category. Having worked in a doctor's office, I was able to get along with all the patients & I understood where each & every one of them was "coming from" when it came to listening to their problems, no matter what type of person they were.
