Nothing - other than they will have access to your bank account.
They do charge like 3-5% for a transaction fee.
The thing about paypal is, they will, at their sole discretion, take whatever funds they think is theirs if you are deemed a bad seller. Meaning, if you sell something and the buyer complains about you, Paypal may, at their option, take the money out of your account (even if you have spent it), and give it back to the buyer without contacting you.
there are several anti-paypal sites out there paypalsucks.com that you should review when setting your account up.
Even though you think you are protected (that is what they tell you, after all), they can drop the hammer on you pretty fast and very hard.

You can set up a Paypal account for free. Their web site makes this quite simple and easy to do. I use Paypal for some of my online sales, and have had no problems with them. Be aware, however, that the company has a rocky history. The link below gives details.
Also, you must understand that some countries do not have access to Paypal, and they will not be able to buy from you if Paypal is the only option you offer.
