Would you want to be on the shift with one bad boss and you like the people, or a shift that you don't like the majority of the people and somewhat ok boss? I recently went back to a shift I was on the majority of the time since I've worked there and I hate it. I am hard worker, and all know that, but there is so much tension on old shift, and already they are turning around everything I say. There is more money, but is it worth it? I want to eventually get more training/school elsewhere to get into different line of work altogether and thought by leaving day shift open I could look around for classes. I am tempted to see if I could go back to other shift? I don't know what to do?

In this case i prefer bad boss. I suggest that u find other job in the mean time. There is no point staying in the job that brings u a lot of stress. We dont need that unnecessary wrinkles right? Job is suppose to be fun. I am sure u have that draggy feeling when its time to go to work. So sorry for you. Its hard to work under a bad boss. Good luck in finding new job okay.

Make the bes of the situation. Get your priorities in order, by going to school you'll get a better job and won't have to deal with the people anyway - if you don't like ALL the people maybe it's not them it is you - look within and see what you can do to turn the situation around.

A bad boss, you an escape. Bad co-workers are constantly in your face. I would rather have a bad boss.

This my sound a bit simplistic, but you need to find another job. The workplace is stressful enough without dealing with small minds. Find the exit door before you lose part of yourself.
