Listen..no matter what anybody tells you..it doesn't mean the QB has a radio in his helmet..the green sticker really means that the QB prefers the kosher meal on planes..

The stickers with a number on them are tribute stcikers to another player fallen, injured or departed. Some sort of memory in "honor" of thing.

It is to signify that they have a radio in their helmet to hear the coaches. They did this because they were having trouble with some field goal holders and punters having them in their helmets and the coaches calling fakes at the last minute.
