Is there any way i can plug a usb into my ps2 and plug the other end into my laptop and record the screen? and help would be nice!

I doubt it, if you wanna record your best bet is to hook up the PS2 video output into a PC USB TV / Capture device (or an internal PCI card if you know how to install cards). Or you can hook up the ps2 to a DVD recorder or DVR, record on the dvd and then import the video on your pc
