foxboro and buffalo are too small to host a SB, no one cares about cleveland, pittsburgh have too many a*hole fans who would harrass the 2 teams fans who are playing in the SB, and chicago has one of the highest crime rates around.
A super bowl played in the snow would be friggin awesome, but i dont see it happening for a while. SB cities are picked because of their high tourist volume so they can handle the 100,000+ people that go to the city for the SB; look at New Orleans or Miami, both are huge vacation destinations, and many SB's have been played there. I say, for a change of pace, lets play SB 50 in iceland.

Because the Superbowl (unfortunately), is just as much about the fans as it is the teams playing. It is an event, that generates lots of money. Who in the hell wants to spend thousands of dollars to sit in the freezing *** cold to watch a football game. Now I know the Packers and Bears and Steelers have loyal fans who go sit in miserable conditions to watch their teams play, but the people who spend money on Superbowl tickets, don't want to do that. I know it sucks, but that's the way it is.

Cold weather doesn't suit well when people are in a drunken stupor...hypothermia sets in and having a hundred or so deaths in the stands may lose sponsors. Plus, the cheerleaders would have to wear too many clothes.

Its more profitable and most important ENJOYABLE in a cit with nice weather.

Do you really want to play the superbowl under 60 inches of lake effect snow in Buffalo, a nor easter in NE, -20 temps in Greenbay?

I think you just answered your own answer cutty. The nfl dosent wanna risk the superbowl being cancelled due to a blizzard or inclement weather. dealing with rain is one thing dealing with 6 feet of snow on the biggest game of the year is another.

Because nobody is gonna want to watch a football game such as the Super Bowl which the tickets are expensive and want to freeze their butts off.
