1. Fill the bath
2. Mark the level of the water
3. Get in bath
4. Submerge yourself completely and mark the new level of the water (while you are submerged)
5. Get out of bath
6. The water should be at the original level mark
7. Using the measuring jug add water until it is at the upper mark
The volume of water that you added is equal to the volume of your body.

It should be said that you could find how much water you need to remove from the bath while you are submerged in order to find your volume, but this involves holding your breath for much longer ^_^

You could fill the bath up to say approx half full with the measuring jug and record the volume you've put in. draw a line where the water comes up to with the marker. then get into the bath and submerge yourself under the water. then mark how much higher the water goes to with the marker (or more precisely, get someone else to mark it so that you don't have to take your hand, which contributes to your body volume) out of the water. then get out and the water will drop down to the half full mark. now simply use the jug and measure what volume of water it takes to get up the the higher line drawn, which would be equivalent to your body volume

fill the tub half way with water.
make a mark on the tub wall where the water line is.
get in the tub.
make another mark on the tub wall.
get out of the tub.
now repeatedly fill your measuring jug and empty it into the tub until you have made the water level go from the first line to the second line.
this is your body volume.

Half fill the bath, get in, let it run until you are completely submerged. Turn off the water, take a pen and mark the bath at the high water point.

Then climb out and add jugfuls of water keeping track of every one until the water reaches the mark you made, tally the jugs together and thats your volume.
