He is guilty, that was never the issue. He admitted unknowingly taken steroids but it was not technically against the rules nor were they testing. Where you been man? I preferred to be treated like an adult anyways, I believe what I believe on my own and I do'nt want people telling me this innocent until proven guilty BS. OJ was set free, goes to show you that the system is imperfect. If you want to be naive and think the guy did not take something then go ahead.

Innocent until proven guilty? He is guilty, you tool! He admitted to using performance enhancing drugs. He claims he didn't know they were steroids though. Whether he knew about it or not, he still did it. Which means he is guilty, knowingly or not.
And the drug he admitted to "accidentally" using is a cream substance that they call "the clear". They call it the clear because it's 100% undetectable and there is no known test for it. So he probably is still doing it now. So even if he passes a drug test, how do we know he's not using the cream?

The owner of the ball paid for the right to do what he wants with it. The HOF also has the right to not accept it. Since the fans voted to brand it, that vote expresses the feeling that Bonds cheated, whether he has been proven guilty or not. His trainer already admitted in a taped conversation that he gave Bonds performancing enhancing drugs.
Al Capone was never proven guilty of murder either. You going to tell me he never killed, or had anyone killed on his orders?

Bonds deserves everything he gets, good or bad. The asterisk is a good way to remind the people that a cheater was the one who hit that baseball.

Well, he bought the ball for, what, around $750,000. It's his personal property, by law. He could draw a naked girl on it if he wants, it's HIS. Of course he has the right do put an asterisk on the ball, or any other mark for that matter.

I voted to launch the thing into space, but you could make the argument that the voters were the jury and they found him guilty. In my opinion though, that vote was basically asking if you like, dislike or don't care about Bonds.

He still isn't being tested, ever! He could stil be taking them ruight now and we wouldn't know. The MLB only makes average players who they are relatively certain don't do steroids take the tests, this way the issue doesn't seem so prevelant anymore, but really nothing has been done to curb the use of steroids in baseball, or in Barry bonds!

Yes, and A - Rod's almost as big of an a** as Bonds is. Too bad one of baseball's nicer guys can't hold the record...

I would not have done it, but the man paid money for the ball, so it is his to do with it as he likes.
