But my mum ordered the 'Life's a dream package' for me, not the 'Life's ok, but your gonna have to muddle, and struggle along package', and I ain't happy with that, I've got the receipt to prove it! Surely you can do something?

I say that alot at work, im a reservationist, and people always try to cancel within the cancelation policy.... I hate charging people, so I let as many as I can off the hook
