What do I do after I take and pass the CPAT (California Phsyical Abilities Test)?

I am going to be taking the CPAT test so I can be on my way to becoming a fire fighter but I have contacted people and asked questions but I cannot seem to get a good answer on to what I need to do after I pass the Test.
