i used to love them, now they grate on my nerves. i really don't know why.

U2 - During the early 80's I thought this was the greatest band ever. Since War, I have had little use for them.
Korn - Wasn't down with the nursery rhymes from the early days, but they got better over time.
Stone Temple Pilots - They seemed like a cheap Nirvana ripoff when I first heard them, but compared to some of the popular artists of today, they might as well be Led Zeppelin.

I used to worship New Order and The Cure in the 80's. I cringe when I hear newer stuff now. I still enjoy their old stuff. At the time I thought heavy metal was horrible. Now I love AC/DC and Sabbath.

I use to love alot of modern rock like Incubus and The Hives, cause at the time, I really didn't know much musicand if you listen to the radio, that was the best that was on. I've since discover classic and prog rock and those bands seem so amateur now.

avril levigne. i didn't ever really like her...in fact, i disliked, but i thought the girl/rocker element was a novel one on the first CD. the songs were well-crafted for what they were...NOW, though? jesus. what a loss of potential respect she has. it was one of those things....little girl manipulated by record co, but you kinda had the feeling that she could have 'grown' into something more mature. instead, she puts out a britney spears CD with guitar.
joss stone. what a piece of sh!t that new CD is. pop garbage. she had a great feel happening on the other disks, though.
maroon five....more of the same criticism. i didn't love 'songs about jane,' but i thought it had an overall quality that has just been turned to sh!t by this latest mess.

I love the Rolling Stones but there newest music to me is horrible!!
Oh and I love The Cure but Robert Smith is getting old now and he's not as good now.

Def Leppard - Their first few albums, make it their first 3 with the 1st and 2nd being fantastic and the 3rd a great album. Have not heard their music since Adrenalize....

I hate to admit it but I liked Nickleback when they first broke onto the scene with "The State" & "Silver Side Up" Albums but their newer stuff is just rubish
