NOTHING diet is safe during pregnancy due to the artificial sweetners they use in place of sugar. There have been no studies done to tell if it harms the baby or not so don't risk it! That alone is bad, but energy drinks...are you serious!? Caffine is also bad for the baby. Some doctors will say a cup of coffee or a regular (not diet) soda is okay once in awhile, but an energy drink has way too much!

NO!! That stuff is terrible for you even if you aren't pg. The first few months during pregnancy you will always feel tired and worn out, but that will pass as you enter the next trimester. You just need to get more rest and make sure your diet is good and you will have enough energy to make it through your day. Make sure you are taking a good prenatal vitamin, maybe you are feeling run down because you body is not getting the vitamins that it needs to grow a baby. Good luck!

I would check with your doc. I read an artical about those type of drinks, and it said it was bad for kids/teenagers to drink them. That they were similar to certain types of drugs. And way worse than caffiene. Not really sure if there was any truthe in the artical. My son used to drink them, until I looked at the ingrediants. They just don't seem like a healthy thing to drink. Lots of Caffiene. And I know that isn't good when your PG. Really talk to your doc. And stop drinking them till your sure. Good luck.

You are allowed a minimum quantity of caffeine every day (the volume in a million-two cups of espresso). I have had one cup of vulnerable espresso and one constant nutrition coke such a lot days due to the fact I learned I used to be pregnant. I'm now coming near 20 weeks, and the whole thing is progressing simply exceptional. You might be bigger off to drink one constant nutrition pepsi every day than a complete bunch of caffeine loose nutrition... you do not wish to over-do it at the synthetic sweetener both!

NO, no and NOOOO.
I really dont want to repeat myself again, because I answer this question atleast three times a day.
Those drinks are dangerous for people who are in good health, and detrimental for women who are pregnant. Diet or not, they should NOT be consumed when pregnant or breastfeeding.
Theyre linked to all sorts of serious health issues.

With that amount of caffeine going through your body you increase the risk of way to many problems...One being the cord getting wrapped around the baby's neck because the baby has to much energy.
