I have seen a few websites that offer a high school diploma, the question is: Is it accredited and if so, Can I attend college or take college coarses online?

You absolutely can take college courses online, but this is in NO WAY "buying" a diploma. It's still a lot of hard work, dedication, and studying. I have friends who have done it and they had no social life, no free evenings or weekends for about 1 year while they got their masters. It's certainly a convenient option but it's not easy.
There isn't a diploma you can buy or purchase that is accredited, if you're purchasing it it's fake. If you want to do that, you'd be better off taking a calligraphy course and forging your own diploma, at least you'd learn a skill in the process.
