They say this because anyone can edit wikipedia's pages, but usually they are rewritten quickly if someone has written something untrue. 99% of the time, wikipedia is fine for research

Wikipedia can be edited by just about anyone who has a Wikipedia account, so there is a chance that some of the data is incorrect. However, most of the time Wikipedia is perfectly OK for general information.

Wikipedia, like so many sites, was plagued by Trolls. Wikipedia made some changes this year, so now there are less attacks

Hopefully, the site will become more accurate as editing occurs by trusted editors and pages are "blocked and/or frozen" from being changed by the general public.

Wikipedia has got an edit provision on there for the sake of editing articles which may seem inaccurate but the provision can be used by anyone who has a Wikipedia account for unethical purposes.

Because anyone can edit it. There is no fact checking, you just go in, type what you want and that's it. Then someone else can come along and change it and so on.

Some wikipedia articles do have source references so you can check that the information is accurate but never, ever use wikipedia as an information source reference because it is unverified and unreliable.

Yes Thats right. It may or may not have accuracy. The content can be edited by any1 around the world,Even though there are safegaurds,Its possible tat a person or organizaton could could promote their own ideas by editing the article. Before you take information from wiki,Try other sites(Not the references provided in the article) for the same information and compare the data,Never blindly copy data from WiKi.
Hope This Helps
