How do you shrink yourself in a video?

Do you need a special disc or something,or is there a way you can do it without buying a disc?PLEASE HELP

Unless you have access to some pretty sophisticated imaging technology then pretty much, you can't

You're talking about selective image reduction and filling in around it with realistic background. Remember if you make YOU smaller you will need to find some background to go around where the bigger you was abad the smaller one is no longer
