Its not on the Strip.
It is a time share a mile or so off the strip.
High pressure sales people at almost every casino hawk such places.
Unless your thinking of buying such a time share, it really is a waste of time going there.
You will waste about 1/2 day or so of your vacation.
You have been warned!

It really is not on the strip. The strip ends at Mandalay Bay technically. Tahiti Village is on Las Vegas Blvd about a mile south of the strip. A lot of construction going on on that property. Right now it is in the middle of no where and doesn't seem like much else is going on around there. Not a great location. Can't walk to anywhere around there.
Still don't know why anyone would want to "BUY" a timeshare here with so many quality hotels and much cheaper rates than spending on a timeshare.

interior the strictest experience, "the Strip" refers in basic terms to Las Vegas street, type of between Sahara street and Russell street, a distance of four.a million miles (6.6 km). besides the shown fact that, the term is often used to refer no longer in basic terms to the line yet in addition to the quite a few casinos and lodges that line the line, or maybe to homes which at the instant are not on the line yet in proximity. The Las Vegas Strip is an approximately 3.8 mi (6.a million km) stretch of Las Vegas street South in Clark County, Nevada. A small ingredient to the Strip lies in Las Vegas, yet maximum of this is interior the unincorporated areas of Paradise and Winchester. maximum of "the Strip" has been unique an All-American street quite a few many years in the past, Las Vegas street South became stated as Arrowhead highway, or la highway. The Strip became reportedly named by way of la police officer guy McAfee, after his native land's sundown Strip

With the answers that you have been given, it may be that you would like to be further down Las Vegas Blvd. There are alot of convenient shuttle buses around to get you to the strip where you can walk and walk and walk. Many people in this mobile age choose to purchase time shares and trade use of them to different locations. Enjoy your trip and Las Vegas.

Questions about this place pop up about once a week here -- it is not on the strip but is about a mile south on Las Vegas Blvd. It is a timeshare property -- a bad idea to begin with -- that offers a "free" room and tix to some cheesy shows. The restaurant there is a Denny's and you will have to sit through high pressure sales pitches. This time of year rooms here are cheap -- don't be a sucker and fall for this.

Way south on Las Vegas Blvd. past the airport, not far from the new car rental center.
Definately not within walking distance of the strip.
Looks awesome, does not have a casino.
