I work at an office with 7 computers in 2 networks. We ahve our internet connection through the phone company but I'm not sure what speed it is. Is there any way to find out from the computer?

ASK the provider what it SHOULD be and use www.speedtest.net to check it.

Do it when only 1 PC is connected to the web to stop it giving a false reading.

you need a bandwith test....

speedtest

type it in yahoo

i believe CNnet has one

and type in the info you need.

make sure nothing is running when you do the test or if will not be accurate.
