If you are talking about Grenoble, France then it is the same because Germany and France are both in the standard time zone, which is GMT + 1 hour.

We're an hour behind France in Ireland so if it is 06:19AM in France it is 05:19 in Ireland. PM means past midday so if you meant afternoon! Still the same we'd be an hour behind Grenoble
