anger is a normal human emotion, some have it in more supply than others.
so it is ok to get angry, but try not to show it, even if u r showing it, try to control it coz when u r angry u tend to do or say things which u regret later. so it is a good thing to control it.
u just cant hide away all of ur anger it will just build up inside u & cause u alot of emotional damage.
so vent it out , but in a constructive way, write it down, tear a piece of paper, or just write a blog, or better ask some damn silly questions on yahoo answers

A person who loves you will always tell you the truth, maybe in response or an advice on some action you must have taken;and as the saying goes, the truth is always bitter.so in advicing you,the best way to start is by saying to you;get angry for all i care blablabla...usually,its always ones prerrogative to anger over something depending on ones state of mind at the time.
some people are so good in face displays that when they are angry, you can never know,so its possible ones anger can not be shown facially or by emotions.

Its ok to get angry as long as you don't hurt any one. We all do at one time or another. When i get angry i count to 10 then breath and then i calm down so i can think of a solution on why i got so mad!

Anger is a human emotion, we will feel the anger, Don't act out in it to rage, fly off the handle to do some thing one would
regret after they cool off. Which happens a lot in our world.
some times you can use good anger to make a pos. move or
dicision in one's life. Some times when we feel hurt it turns to anger, If we accept the feelings of being hurt, face that feeling, we can save ourselves from the upsetting feeling of anger. All adds up to self control.
