My favorite breed of cats are called "SAIL cats". I have two of them. They each occupy a place of honor.There is one of them sitting on each side of the mantle over my fire place. I am not sure how this breed came by its name,but there is an old legend that tells their story.According to the legend of the SAIL cats,,they got that name from the habits of many back woods country boys that had very little to do in the way of entertainment. Those boys would walk along the country roads each morning looking for sail cats. Every time that they found one crushed flat on the road from being run over repeatedly the night before,,they would pick it up and "SAIL" it through the air like a Frisbee. I have done my part to increase and support this wonderful breed of cats ever since I first learned how to drive an automobile. The two that I have were given to me by a friend of mine that lives in a rural area near me.If you would be interested in the acquisition of a PAIR of your own ,,just let me know.

Domestic short hairs they are a good natured cat if kept in the house.
