Zappos.com is my favorite online shoe store. Besides free shipping both ways, it carries a breadth of sizes & wide range of styles. You can search by brand, shoe category & size/width.
The best feature is the product reviews written by customers. I refer to these to get an idea about how the shoe fits - e.g. runs narrow, level of support, etc.
Zappos.com also offers alternate views of each shoe. I use this to see if the outline of a shoe complements my feet. I have round, wide feet so I use the view of the sole and avoid shoes that have a narrow toe box . The customer reviews also help me determine how the sizes run & comfort level for people who need wide shoes.
Since trying on shoes is so crucial, I stick w/ online shops that offer quick exchanges, returns & free shipping both ways.

Zappo's and Piperlime are the only ones I'm personally familiar with. Good deals and dependable if you're looking for a website for shoes-only. Of course, you can always try websites that you like to by clothes from, too.

Check out any Buy One Get One Free offers. I always find the 2nd shoe comes in handy when walking :o)

I have ordered shoes from Finishline.com and from QVC. Lots of times finishline.com runs online clearance specials that are really good deals. And QVC carries Birkenstock shoes for the best price/variety that I have found anywhere.

U should never buy anything over the internet,because if ur things come up missing then u still have to pay.Its not like their going 2 sacrifice their life 4 ur stuff.

I just found a website for cute shoes that are inexpensive. If you are into high heels they have very cute ones and they also have cute flats. I just bought a pair there yesterday.

ebay!!!! I have bought so many pairs of shoes on ebay, and they are brand new for a fraction of the price.
target.com has nice shoes too, it just depends on what you're looking for.
