To put it politely : adjust my knickers, when they have wandered where they shouldn't!
It would be so much better if done in public, because I wouldn't have to put up with it (sometimes for hours, soooo uncomfortable!) before being able to adjust them in private, then I wouldn't get funny looks from people because I walk like John Wayne!

It's not embarrasing or anything, but I'd like to feel comfortable when eating alone in public, you know? if I go for lunch and have to sit down by myself, believe me I do it, and no problem, but I can't help feeling a little self-conscious about it...

Pretend I'm in a movie and run through the streets, sliding over the hoods of cars, chasing a bad guy, while holding a large gun. God, I wish I could do that.
But for some reason, people don't like it.
