No, not if you are on private property, such as a farm.

Yes, I don't know about the law after 18, but I know for a FACT if you are caught driving with out a license as a teen, they can prevent you from getting your license until you are 21! So just wait until you are 16 (or whatever your state law it) or just go get one! At least in Illinois you don't have to take any drivers ed. after the age of 18. Don't risk it tho, because the moment you don't feel uncomfortable any more is when you will be pulled over!

countless factors could be clarified until now an answer can settle for. often, coverage covers the motor vehicle, no longer the motive force, so the twist of destiny could be coated. The exception is the place the coverage plans has an "unlicensed motive force exception clause". Are you an Italian citizen traveling right here or a US resident? in case you're an Italian Citizen, verify with the embassy and see in case your Italian Drivers License is familiar in Georgia by utilising Treaty between the U. S. & Italy. likely that is, as US forces occupied Italy after WWII, and maximum occupied worldwide places have treaties with reciprocal agreements so US occupation forces did no longer could acquire foreign places drivers license. in case you're coated by utilising Treaty, then your license is stable, and the coverage could conceal you, and you're able to acquire from the embassy the treaty wording and clause to modern to the court for a dismissal of the citation. once you're a US citizen or alien resident, than you will desire a Georgia License.

depends on what you're driving and where, and various other circumstances.. for instance, a learners permit is not a drivers license but allows the person that the permit is issued to legally drive according to the terms of the permit - usually with a licensed driver over a particular age.
I imagine* that depending on your local laws, you may be able to drive certain vehicles without a license so long as you're not on public streets as well... ATVs and dirt bikes come to mind.

Yes. But do you mean, not having a license at all, or leaving it at home?
Both are illegal, but leaving it a home usually involves a ticket with no points or anything else, just a fine. Not having one at all can lead to large fines, future suspension of license.

Yes. But if you have a driver's license and simply forgot it at home the officer that pulls you over may be willing to let it slide, assuming everything else checks out...(i.e. you can show proof of insurance, vehicle is registered, etc.)

Yes, you can also get a ticket for "driving without a license" if you forget them at home.
