i want to install a TV turner in my PC , but i do not have any intenna in my PC room . can i used my rabbit ear instand ?
what is the most convience way ? Thank you

TV tuner has nothing to do with Internet , you install the tuner hook the cable to it install software that came with it .you can watch tv on your computer it is cumming from the tv cable not from Internet.
