since I'm here I say both, they both have the fruit filling.
Poptarts have the little sprinkle things on the top, but toaster strudels have the sugary frosting for the top. It's a draw

Pop tarts. I got food poisoning for toaster strudels years ago and haven't ate them since. You got to watch those frozen foods. Some stores leave the stock sit out and it unthaws then they just re-freeze it.
