Illusion, temporary and full of misery. A place for those who left the spiritual world. A place that we can enact our free will. Because God is love And without a choice to love Him or not then their is no free will or love. This world is for those who chose to leave God and be The lord of all they survey. We are trying to imitate Him here. But those who are intelligent are looking to Him for guidance how to Get back to Him. So the bottom line is everything here is made of material elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether, mind, and intelligence.) We or anything living are the eternal spirit souls inhabiting this place. This cosmic creation will all be annihilated in time and all will go back into the gigantic body of the Supreme Lord also known as Vishnu. for info go to srimadbhagavatam.org/... Totally amazing stuff.

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/illustrate
'illustrate':
'Transitive and intransitive
To clarify something by giving, or serving as, an example or a comparison.
We illustrate our definitions by including quotations or simple examples.
To provide a book or other publication with pictures, diagrams or other explanatory or decorative features.
The economics textbook was illustrated with many graphs. '
Anything factual would be correctly philosophical. 'World' is a concept and its concept describes a place that is separated or isolated from other worlds from the living phenomena of each, but the word 'world' is not stricken from other uses, i.e. some usages allow the possibility of/for special connections or means for motion between them for their things. These things are not restricted to the notion for living things, i.e. things may be inanimate or non-living things.

Ancient (traditional) people do this a fair amount...
Polytheistic and animistic (spiritist) religions, and elemental theories are based on this...each aspect of life has its own "god" or own "spirit" as a way of explaing or illustrating the nature of the world in a religious and philosophical manner.

If we substitute "Theology students" for "Philosophers" the question can be properly answered. The corrected question is then,
Theology students, how would you illustrate the world in a philosophical concept (sic)?
The student answers, "The burnt offering of a philosopher!"
You are welcome.

No. Existentialism. Idealism is just the contrary doctrine to materialism, both they form main philosophical question - what is primary - matter or consciousness?

I'm no philosopher, but for me truth is: 1. Whatever confirms or agrees with reality. Example, the statement Cardiff is the capitol of Wales is truth. It can be easily proven to be in agreement with reality. 2. Evidence of truth, like as in those CSI type shows. When they find the murderer based on fingerprints, DNA, reliable witnesses, motive, means and opportunity. 3. If you mean a religion/faith, for me personally it is true if it bring positive changes and results in your life. I had my doubt about becoming an Asatruar in the beginning, but when I finally said this religion makes sense and I admire the virtues and ethics of the same; I decided to join up. Ever since then, my life had changed for the better.
