I don't get nosebleeds, but when I wake up in the morning and blow my nose, there's always some blood in my nose. It isn't a blood flow, just some blood. Is it because of dry air or what?

it's because where you live is probably a known haunt of dwarf vampires.

Their teeth are too small to pierce your neck, so they crawl up your nose and bite through the thinner membranes up there!

ok, on a serious note - it is because you are breathing dry air through your nose. The membranes dry out and can crack easily - which is exacerbated by high blood pressure (eat less salt children!!)

I used to get nasty blood bogies in the morning when I was a kid sometimes - I just seemed to stop after a while - you can try a humidifier - depends if you think i tis bad enough to warrant the expense

Yes,i had the same problem and i went to the hospital my doctor said "it was the air ", the air was dry he also said that it could be change in climate ,which it wasn't it was the dryness in the he told me to try boiling water while standing over it before you go to bed, also, try a cold wet rag {it keeps the moister in} fold it "hot dog", wise and lay it on the bridge of your nose it worked for me after about a week,Good luck !!!

It probably is dry air or allergies. I recommend using a saline nose spray before going to bed.

Irritated from either allergies or from dry air. Try a humidifier and see if that helps. Make sure your bedroom is free of allergens like dust and from pets.

Oh, yeah! It is common and I've gotten them really bad. Sometimes it looks like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre happened in my bathroom.
